GEPSA Facility Membership

Companies or facilities conducting efficacy and phytotoxicity trials seeking GEP compliance

Fees calculated as a percentage of the company’s declared annual turnover (excl. VAT) – the GEPSA membership fee excludes audit fees

Please provide your company’s average annual turnover for the last 3 years. This turnover is specific to agricultural remedies (L registrations) and the efficacy and phytotoxicity trials conducted in support of these registrations. Turnover related to other research, for example residue trials, should not be incorporated into this calculation. All information will be kept confidential and used only for fee calculation. GEPSA reserves the right to request proof of the information submitted or confirmation from an independent financial auditor.

Please allow up to two working days for the verification of your registration details. GEPSA will inform you by email whether access to GEPSA has been approved or not.

Once your access has been approved, the amount payable will be sent to you via email with the invoice and payment details. Access to the GEPSA website will only be granted once the payment has been received.
